(I). At the time of making a first booking and/or a repeat one off session, credit card details will be taken . No money will be deducted from a clients card, unless they fail to honour their appointment without giving 48 hours notice of cancellation. In this case the company reserves the right to deduct £69 from their credit card.

(ii) where a client books two consecutive sessions and does not cancel with at least 48 hrs notice and/or fails to honour the appointment we reserve the right to deduct £138 (2 times £69) from their credit card.

(iii), If a further last minute cancellation or failure to honour an appointment occurs the company reserves the right to reclaim the full cost of the treatment booked.

(iv) At the first session for a new client a short questionnaire will be completed with contact details and a number of questions of a health/medical nature.

(v). For LPG treatment after undergoing liposuction, at least a week should have elapsed since the last Liposuction session. Preferably , clients should have a letter of recommendation from the specialist recommending LPG lymphatic drainage and sculpting.
